How to use the Johnson Health Tech Online Web Support System

Step 1: Locate your product serial number. Click here for serial number location diagram.

Step 2: Select the appropriate Consumer or Commercial Support button above and fill in the details. This information allows us to promptly assess your request. Please enter as much information as possible to assist us in processing your request promptly.

Step 3: Submit form.

Step 4: Print form for your records.

Step 5: A Web reference number will be issued by email to confirm your request.

Step 6: You will receive a second email with your Job Reference Number, which indicates your job is being processed by one of our support team members. File this and other communications with the submission form for ease of tracking.


If you have not received your Job Reference Number within two working days, please call 1300 760 601 and quote your WEB Reference Number.
